Three letters from Isabel’s brother Lawrence Salt regarding his will and arrangements after death. Comprises:
1) Letter to ?, from, Barnby Manor, Newark. Envelope marked ‘To be opened in the event of death’. Letter expresses Lawrence’s wish to be cremated with ‘no religious ceremony of any kind’ and contains details of his solicitors and ‘my sister’s address’ at Springwood. [1946]

2) Letter to Isabel, from 10A Ovington Gardens (London). Envelope marked ‘To be opened in case of my death’. [1946]

3) Letter to Isabel, 30.11.1946 (two weeks before his death). Envelope marked ‘Lawrence’s last letters Nov 1946’.
